Extrusion

To simulate a thin-walled aluminum profile extrusion a special program has been designed allowing for the simulation of metal flow for profiles of any complexity. QForm-Extrusion uses a combined Lagrange-Euler approach for such tasks.

QForm-Extrusion is the only program that allows for calculations of coupled mechanical and temperature tasks even for the most difficult profile types. This is very important because scientific experimentation devoted to this subject as well as a wide practical and simulation experience show that even the smallest deviations of a bearing zone under loading can significantly change a metal flow.
